Stronex Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Stronex. These Terms and Conditions govern the engagement between you (the “Client”) and Stronex for the provision of custom manufacturing services.
1. Custom Orders & Agreement
a. Quotation: All prices are provided via a formal quotation and are valid for the period specified therein. b. Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only upon the Client’s written acceptance of the final quotation, signed approval of pre-production samples (where applicable), and receipt of the required deposit payment. c. Customization: As all products are custom-made, any changes to design, materials, or quantity after order confirmation may result in revised costs, production timelines, and require a formal amendment agreement.
2. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: The final cost includes the manufacturing price and a separate, agreed-upon shipping cost (Sea or Air freight).
b. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%-50% of the total order value) is required to commence production.
c. Final Payment: The outstanding balance is due upon completion of manufacturing and before shipment is arranged.
d. No Credit Card Processing: Stronex is not an online store. We do not process or store credit card information. Payments are typically handled via bank transfer or other agreed-upon business methods.
3. Production and Timeline
a. Manufacturing Time: Production timelines are estimates and commence from the date of deposit receipt and final design approval. We are not liable for reasonable delays caused by material sourcing, production complexities, or force majeure events. b. Intellectual Property: The Client warrants that they own all necessary rights or licenses for any designs, logos, or trademarks provided to Stronex for manufacturing. The Client agrees to indemnify Stronex against any claims arising from the use of such intellectual property.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are determined based on quantity and the selected method (Sea or Air) and are separate from the manufacturing cost. b. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Client upon delivery to the agreed-upon freight forwarder or carrier, under the specified Incoterm. c. Customs: The Client is responsible for all customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and fees applicable in the destination country.
5. Returns and Defects
a. Custom Nature: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or refunded based on a change of mind. b. Manufacturing Defects: Stronex warrants that the bags will be manufactured according to the approved specifications. The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify Stronex of any significant manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery. Stronex’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or a credit for the defective portion of the order, at our sole discretion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
By confirming an order with Stronex, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
