Since Stronex operates as a custom on-demand manufacturing company and not a standard online retail store, our shipping and delivery processes are tailored to the unique nature of each custom bag order.
Shipping Cost Structure
Shipping costs for Stronex orders are not standardized and are calculated individually based on two primary factors:
- Order Quantity: The total number of bags in your order (volume and weight).
- Shipping Method: Your preferred mode of transport (Sea or Air freight).
A detailed and firm shipping quote will be provided as part of your final custom order invoice once the design, material specifications, and production quantity have been confirmed.
Shipping Methods
We offer two main methods for shipping your finished customized bags:
| Shipping Method | Description | Best Suited For |
| By Sea Freight | Economical option using ocean cargo ships. Generally has the lowest cost per unit. | Large, high-volume orders where the delivery timeline is less urgent. |
| By Air Freight | Faster option using cargo planes. Higher cost compared to sea freight. | Smaller, time-sensitive orders or orders with an urgent delivery deadline |
Delivery Timeline
The overall delivery timeline for your custom bag order involves two main phases:
- Manufacturing/Production Time: This is the time required to custom-make your bags. This duration varies based on the design complexity, material sourcing, and order quantity, and will be specified in your initial production agreement.
- Transit Time: This is the time the bags take to travel from our facility to your designated location.
| Shipping Method | Estimated Transit Time (Varies by destination) |
| Sea Freight | Typically several weeks (e.g., 4-8 weeks) |
| Air Freight | Typically several days (e.g., 3-10 days) |
Note: All timelines are estimates and will be confirmed when the final shipping arrangements are made. Stronex will coordinate with reliable logistics partners and provide tracking information upon shipment. Please allow for potential unforeseen delays in global logistics and customs processing.
Important Notes
- Incoterms: Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be clearly defined in your agreement.
- Customs & Duties: The client is typically responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country.
- Finalization: Shipping details, including cost and estimated delivery window, must be finalized and agreed upon before production commences or shipment is scheduled.
